Karen Chan, NP

Karen is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she was a registered nurse for 11 years, with expertise in the neuroscience intensive care unit and interventional radiology.

 

Karen was born and raised in San Francisco, California, and has called Arizona home for more than a decade. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through early sunrise runs and hot yoga. She also likes exploring different cultures through culinary traditions.
